Message from the CEO [Sustainability] Mar 2024

We are engaging with all of our stakeholders to realize our Corporate Philosophy and find solutions to social issues.

　At LIFULL, we follow our Corporate Philosophy of creating a society where everyone can attain Comfort and Happiness through continuous social innovations by looking for solutions to social issues through our businesses. Since our founding in 1997, we have grown our business portfolio from a real estate information provider in Japan into a group of services active in over 60 countries and regions and employing around 1,800 employees worldwide. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to all of our customers, business parnters, shareholders and other stakeholders for their continued support in our mission.

　In December 2023, the General Shareholders' Meeting resolved to transition to a new president for the first time since our founding. Inoue, the founding president, stepped down as president and I took his place. As the second president of the company, my most important mission is to create new core businesses to realize in pursuit of the realization of our Corporate Philosophy. As a result, we have designated real estate x finance as our third pillar of focus after LIFULL HOME'S and our overseas business. I see enormous potential in this market and believe we can leverage our deep understanding of and professional network in real estate information, development of our services and sales teams we have gained from LIFULL HOME'S to unlock this potential. We believe that this is a market with tremendous potential and that we can fully utilize the know-how and networks we have cultivated in our existing businesses. During this time of rapid change, though, we will still not stray from our Corporate Credo and Corporate Philosophy, and will continue to boldly innovate, anticipate changes in society and work to create new value.

　Our Corporate Message "Make every LIFULL, FULL" expresses our belief in the unlimited potential of all people and our determination to create a society in which this potential can be fully realized. We also follow our Corporate Credo, "Altruism," and which reflects our commitment to respect all of our stakeholders; solve various issues, large and small, through our businesses; and deliver Comfort and Happiness. These have been and will continue to be the reason for our existance.

　We pledge to continue to contribute to the sustainable growth of society by finding solutions to social issues through our businesses and further enhance our corporate value.
